Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager

Help us build the most trusted sun protection community in the world.

At UV Skinz, we're not just selling swimwear.

We're helping families create lifelong memories outdoors while protecting their skin from the sun.

Our story began after our founder, Rhonda Sparks, lost her 32-year-old husband to melanoma. That experience inspired a mission that has guided everything we've done for more than 20 years: helping families enjoy life outside with confidence through stylish, UPF 50+ sun protective apparel.

Today, UV Skinz protects hundreds of thousands of families every year, but we believe we're just getting started.

We're looking for someone who doesn't simply want to manage social media. We're looking for someone who wants to build a movement.

About The Role:

As our Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager, you'll own the voice, relationships, and conversations that bring the UV Skinz brand to life every day. You'll create meaningful content, build authentic relationships with creators and ambassadors, engage with our community, champion our charitable and medical partnerships, and help inspire families to embrace sun-safe adventures.

This role reports directly to our Director of Marketing and works closely with our Founder and leadership team.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to manage social media. It's a role for someone who wants to build one of the strongest purpose-driven communities in the consumer-brand space.

Community:

Own the day-to-day voice of UV Skinz across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and emerging platforms.
Build and manage the organic social media calendar.
Engage with comments, DMs and conversations daily.
Gather customer insights and share them with the marketing and product teams.

Creator & Influencer Marketing:

Recruit, onboard and develop long-term relationships with creators and ambassadors.
Manage gifting, briefs, campaigns, contracts, deliverables and performance.
Build a scalable ambassador community.

Cause Marketing & Charitable Partnerships:

Manage UV Skinz's charitable giving, including product donation requests for families and individuals affected by melanoma.
Build and maintain relationships with medical partners (dermatologists, oncology centers, and patient advocacy groups) to support credibility and outreach.
Track and report on the impact of donation and partnership programs.

Content:

Source and organize authentic user-generated content.
Coordinate creators, photographers and content production.
Stay ahead of social trends and provide fresh creative for paid marketing.

Brand Growth:

Develop brand collaborations, giveaways and community activations.
Support product launches with creator campaigns and storytelling.
Help grow TikTok and identify new community-building opportunities.

Who You Are:

2-4 years of experience in social media, community management, or influencer marketing.
Naturally curious and relationship-driven.
Creative, organized and proactive.
Passionate about storytelling, outdoor lifestyles and purpose-driven brands.
Excited to build community—not just publish content.

What Success Looks Like After 12 Months:

A thriving, engaged social community.
A strong network of creators who genuinely love UV Skinz.
A steady stream of high-quality UGC supporting organic and paid marketing.
Meaningful brand collaborations that expand awareness.
Active, trusted relationships with medical and charitable partners that extend UV Skinz's impact.
A social presence that inspires families to spend more time outdoors safely.

Why UV Skinz?:

You'll join a growing company with a meaningful mission, a collaborative culture, and leadership that values ideas over hierarchy. You'll have the opportunity to help shape one of the most important consumer health brands in the outdoor industry while making a real impact on families around the world.

If you're excited about building community, creating authentic relationships and helping grow a purpose-driven brand, we'd love to meet you.
