This role is about personality. You are the main face and the voice of turn on camera. Engaging from the first second, loud enough to carry a room, comfortable walking up to a stranger and pulling a great moment out of them. Really, owning the platforms yourself. Education, entertainment, randomness. Think current day shit-show meets The Office.

You'll be on every platform: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Shorts, X, Reddit, and live. Product, events, in real life.

who we want.

You shoot yourself on an iPhone and the footage is engaging
You know social and UGC, and you have links that prove it
You talk to the camera the way you talk to a friend
You're funny, fast, and you don't flinch
You have an opinion and you say it out loud
You're into fashion and brand building, not only cannabis
You create and ideate your own concepts, and add depth to the ones we're already building
You're in Orange County and on site for shoots and events

what we don't want.

Someone who needs a full-time line producer and union Starbucks runs every fifteen minutes
Someone who's shy about putting a camera in a stranger's face
Someone who sends a polished agency reel they appeared in and nothing they made

the work itself.

On camera as the recurring face of turn
Shooting your own content, iPhone in hand, in the office, at events, on the street
Bringing ideas and bits. You pitch, you don't wait
Stories daily. Personality driven, always on
Events, activations, pop ups, shoot days
We have a videographer and an editor on site, so you won't always be shooting solo

the bonus.

We're also hiring a social media lead who runs the strategy, the calendar, and the platform plan. That's a separate role. If you can do both, say so and tell us how.

the practicals.

Contractor to start at $25 to $45 per hour, moving to full-time. Higher for someone who brings an audience. Paid from day one.

how to apply.

Send three things.

Why you're right for this.
Why turn is your focus and your priority.
Footage. Real, unpolished, shot by you, you on camera. No mood boards. No links to a brand page you were on. We want to see you talk.
