Toro Marketing is a video-first social media and Meta advertising agency in Boca Raton. We create short-form content for restaurant and luxury jewelry brands across South Florida. We're looking for an experienced videographer and editor to shoot and edit high-quality content, executing every planned shoot at a high level and delivering on time.

TRAINING & MENTORSHIP

You'll be trained one-on-one by Toro's founder, with the goal of you running this role on your own.

- Onboarding: our clients, brand standards, and how every deliverable should look

- Our systems: shot lists, scripts, Google Drive delivery, and file naming

- Shoots: direct feedback on your footage and edits during your first shoots so you match our standard quickly

- Weekly check-ins during your first 60 days to review your work and sharpen your skills

You'll get real guidance at the start, but the goal is independence. By the end of your first 60–90 days, you should be shooting, editing, and delivering without needing direction.

Strong performers also have the opportunity for ongoing mentorship from the founder and a larger role as Toro grows.

We expect you to come in with real experience shooting and editing. This is hands-on training for someone ready to own their work, not an intro course.
