TMR Search is hiring a Digital Content & Social Media Lead to shape and grow the firm's presence across LinkedIn, the website and new channels as they develop. The role works two days a week alongside the founder and owns the creative side of the firm's content, from concept and production through to publishing and performance. Evolve the TMR Search brand across channels, including refreshing recurring series such as The Cutting Edge and building templates that keep content consistent.
Repurpose long-form content and the founder's writing into formats tailored to each platform.
Manage the content calendar, keep track of trends and platform changes, and recommend new formats, campaigns and channels.
Track content performance and audience growth, report on what is working and use the insight to refine the approach.
Support wider marketing projects as the firm grows, including the website, newsletters, event materials and pitch collateral.

Experience creating content for social media, whether through work, freelance projects, a personal brand or student media, with a portfolio to show for it.
