The Luminary Agency is seeking a Graphic Designer with a focus on branding and experience in developing visual aspects of a brand guidelines kit to support both the agency and a number of its clients. Deliverables will include brand books, web elements, social media templates, iconography, photography direction, etc.

Project Deliverables Expected:

✨ Researches the design look and feel, developing executionable mood boards

✨ Create, manage, develop brand guidelines docs that will guide the implementation of a brand's visual identity through web site creation, through marketing execution

✨ Project management skills necessary to manage large scale digital asset library, across multiple accounts

✨ Photo editing for consistent look and feel

✨ Builds out social media templates including Pinterest, email templates, IG quote cards, etc.

✨ Logo development where needed

✨ Motion Graphic software, UI development experience, illustration is all a plus. Knowledge in these areas could expand the scope of the project where applicable.

Soft Skills:

✨ Presents design concepts to Agency Staff and Client and incorporates feedback effectively

✨ Builds cohesive brand direction so there is consistency across all visual elements of brand

✨ Provides a quick turnaround on visual design elements such as web banners, email templates, infographics, social media posts

✨ Remote work skills including, capacity to work independently, self-manage deadlines, update work in Asana, etc. Weekday work hour availability (11-3ish) on Slack (flexible but looking for someone ready to respond as needed within reason), good asset and file management skills

Associate Program:

✨ Begins ASAP

✨ $30 an hour at 10 hours a week

✨ This position is 100% remote, freelancer works directly from their own devices and work spaces

Role can expand or contract based on skill sets, deadlines, and client needs
