About Texas Standard

Texas Standard is an Austin-based apparel brand dedicated to elevating Western tradition. We create modern, versatile apparel inspired by Texas heritage and built for everyday wear.

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented designer to help us produce high-volume digital advertising content for the holiday season.

You'll work directly with our marketing team to turn product photography, lifestyle imagery, and existing video footage into compelling ads, short-form videos, and holiday campaign creative.

This is a hands-on production role for someone who enjoys design, understands social media advertising, and can move quickly from concept to finished creative.

What You'll Do

- Design static and video ads for Facebook and Instagram.

- Edit short-form product videos using existing footage, photography, music, and graphics.

- Create advertising variations with different headlines, product benefits, hooks, and calls to action.

- Develop creative for holiday promotions, gift guides, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

- Collaborate with our marketing team to refine creative based on feedback and advertising performance.

- Organize and deliver finished creative assets for campaign launches.

What We're Looking For

- Strong graphic design skills with an eye for typography, composition, and visual storytelling.

- Experience editing short-form videos for social media.

- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, Canva, or similar creative tools.

- An understanding of what makes an effective paid social advertisement.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.

- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to experiment with new creative approaches.

- A portfolio demonstrating relevant graphic design and video editing work.

This is a temporary, part-time seasonal position with an anticipated commitment of 15–20 hours per week through the end of December 2026.

The role offers flexible working hours with regular communication and established creative deadlines. We're especially interested in seeing how you approach short-form advertising creative, not just general graphic design.
