The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Coordinator with a proven track record of working in creative, software development lifecycles, and a strong grasp of project management methodologies to join our team. They will play a critical role in supporting our production team, ensuring UX/UI projects run smoothly and efficiently while adapting to changing priorities.

Job Description:

Assist Senior Producer in the planning, execution, and monitoring of production schedules and project timelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and producers, across different time zones to ensure seamless project delivery.
Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to support project management and development processes.

Manage tasks and workflows using tools such as Figma, Jira, ClickUp, or similar.

Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation and reports as well as taking & circulating meeting notes.

Contribute to design and software development projects, ensuring adherence to UX principles and best practices.
Facilitate communication and coordination between team members to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
Adapt to changing priorities and project requirements, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work shifted hours, as required.

Key Skills & Attributes

3-5 years of previous experience in a production or project support role within a creative or software development environment required.

Experience with project management methodologies; familiarity with agile methodologies is preferred.

Proven experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Figma, Jira, ClickUp, or Asana.
Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Experience working with a global team, understanding the challenges and benefits of cross-time zone collaboration.
Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
Experience within the automotive industry preferred.

Experience using MS Office and Google Suite required.
