Social Media Content Creator (Freelance)

Relentless growth means we’re looking for an ambitious and driven Social Media Content Creator , with a proven track record of success, to join our global team on a freelance basis.

You'll drive the social media presence for a major U.S. brand across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube (shorts) and TikTok, recommending content to fill gaps, writing engaging posts, and managing channels effectively. This role also offers the chance to showcase your content creation skills, including video and photo editing, while engaging our audience across platforms.

Responsibilities:

Write compelling copy for posts, ensuring consistency in tone and branding, across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
Manage end-to-end content creation, from ideation to scheduling
Collaborate with team members to align social media content with marketing campaigns and events
Monitor social media channels for engagement and audience feedback, providing insights for improvement
Travel to events for at-event posting and real-time engagement with our audience

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media content creation
Creative mindset, strong writing skills and ability to craft engaging copy
Ability to work independently and manage time to hit weekly deadlines
Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach
Familiarity with social media tools
Flexibility to travel for at-event support

Bonus:

Ability to edit and optimize videos and photos for various social media platforms (from existing content)
Ability to capture video and photos for live event posting

Duration and Hours:

Freelance role, 12 hours per week
Weekly content creation, review, and updates
Opportunity for travel to events (travel expenses covered)
