About the Opportunity

Skin 22 is a boutique medical aesthetics and skincare practice in Beverly Hills. We're looking for a creative, motivated individual who enjoys social media, visual storytelling, and working in an environment where beauty, skincare, and patient experience come together.

This position combines digital content creation with hands-on involvement in our practice. You'll work closely with our team to capture everyday moments, showcase treatments, create engaging social media content, and help bring new marketing ideas to life.

You'll also play a supporting role in maintaining the polished, welcoming experience our patients expect.

We're less concerned with impressive job titles or extensive marketing experience and more interested in finding someone who has a natural eye for content, takes initiative, follows through on responsibilities, and enjoys creating things that look and feel professional.

What You'll Be Doing

Content Creation & Social Media

Film, photograph, and edit content featuring skincare treatments, providers, products, and everyday practice activities.
Produce engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
Work with our medical provider to develop educational content, personal branding, and social media visibility.
Transform treatment information, common patient questions, and skincare topics into approachable digital content.
Stay current with social media trends, popular video formats, and creative ideas relevant to beauty and aesthetics.
Help plan and execute content shoots, including basic lighting, framing, and creative direction.
Edit videos, prepare captions, and create simple graphics using CapCut, Canva, or similar applications.

Marketing & Brand Development

Contribute ideas for seasonal campaigns, treatment features, special events, and other marketing initiatives.
Assist with promotional materials, email content, and digital communications.
Help maintain a consistent visual style across our website, social media, and other marketing channels.
Organize digital content, photographs, videos, and creative files for future use.
Review basic social media engagement and performance to help identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the team on ways to improve brand awareness and patient engagement.

Practice & Patient Experience

Help ensure the practice maintains an organized, welcoming, and professional appearance.
Assist with preparing spaces and coordinating details for content shoots, patient events, and special projects.
Provide occasional support with patient-facing activities and general practice operations.
Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a high standard of service and presentation.

Who Would Be a Great Fit?

We're looking for someone who:

Enjoys creating content and has a strong sense of visual presentation.
Knows how to capture and edit engaging videos using a smartphone or camera.
Is familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and current social media trends.
Can confidently use CapCut, Canva, or comparable editing tools.
Understands basic photography, lighting, and video composition.
Communicates clearly and presents themselves professionally.
Is dependable, organized, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.
Can work independently without needing constant direction.
Enjoys collaborating with others and contributing creative ideas.
Is comfortable interacting with patients and working in a medical aesthetics environment.
Is flexible and willing to help wherever needed during a typical workday.

Previous experience in skincare, aesthetics, beauty, fashion, luxury retail, hospitality, or digital content creation is helpful but not required.

We welcome applicants who have developed their creative skills through personal projects, freelance work, school, or their own social media platforms.

Schedule & Compensation

$22–$26 per hour, based on relevant skills and experience
