Overview:

The Digital Marketing Manager owns Signature HealthCARE’s corporate and facility social media presence and serves as technical owner of the Sprinklr platform. Equal parts strategist, builder, and operator, this role sets and executes corporate content strategy, runs a multi-facility Facebook and LinkedIn program, administers and troubleshoots the platforms that program runs on, and produces supporting graphics.
The role partners closely with the Director of Public Relations & Brand Storytelling to turn sourced stories into social, video, and visual content, supervises the Social Media Coordinator, and is accountable for the quality, compliance, and consistency of everything the social program publishes. Facilities are this role’s internal customers — responsive, reliable service matters as much as creative skill.
