Delray Beach / Boca Raton /Palm Beach

I’m building a personal brand around fashion, lifestyle, travel, and wellness, and I’m looking for a creative, organized collaborator to grow alongside me.

My aesthetic is feminine, elegant, and a little whimsical, with an emphasis on high-quality visuals, thoughtful storytelling, and polished editing. I’d love to find someone who understands that vision and enjoys bringing ideas to life.

TO START, YOU’LL HELP WITH:

Planning content sessions, including concepts, shot lists, outfits, and locations

Filming Instagram Reels and TikToks and taking photos

Editing short-form videos, including music, captions, sound, and pacing

Helping with voiceover scripts and recording

Developing a cohesive visual style and brand image

Keeping content organized and moving from idea to finished post

SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION:

We’ll start with two in-person content sessions per week in Delray Beach/Boca Raton, totaling approximately 6 hours, with the potential for more by agreement.

Remote editing and planning will be paid separately from the in-person hours. We’ll agree on hours, rates, deliverables, and turnaround times in advance.

GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES:

As our working relationship and the business grow, the role could expand to include:

Social media management and content calendar coordination

Brand partnership outreach, communication, and collaboration deadlines

Scheduling, organization, and personal assistant support

Additional responsibilities would come with agreed increases in paid hours and appropriate compensation.

ABOUT YOU:

College students, recent graduates, and freelance creatives are welcome. A strong portfolio and creative eye matter more than a large following.

Ideally, you:

Enjoy fashion, lifestyle, wellness, and travel content

Understand Instagram and TikTok and can adapt trends to a consistent brand aesthetic

Can give helpful direction and make filming feel comfortable and collaborative

Are confident filming on an iPhone; professional equipment is a bonus

Are organized, reliable, proactive, discreet, and attentive to detail

Have practical knowledge of AI tools and experience using them for content brainstorming, research, scripting, editing, and creative planning. You should know how to refine AI-generated work so it feels personal, accurate, and consistent with my brand.

You must be available for regular in-person sessions in Delray Beach/Boca Raton. Miami-based applicants are welcome if they can reliably travel here.

TO APPLY, PLEASE SEND:

Your location and weekly availability
