We’re seeking a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves blending creativity with strategy, producing eye-catching graphics, engaging social media content, high-quality photography, and data-driven campaigns that help small businesses stand out online.

What You’ll Do

Design graphics for social media, websites, and digital campaigns (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Plan, create, and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more
Capture, edit, and produce photos, Reels, and short-form video content
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO
Execute email marketing campaigns and nurture leads through automation tools
Create blog, website, and social media content tailored to specific audiences
Manage Google Ads and SEM campaigns to maximize ROI
Analyze performance using Google Analytics and other tools to guide future strategies
Assist with website updates, blog visuals, and additional marketing tasks as needed
Stay current with social trends, digital marketing tools, and emerging platforms

What We’re Looking For

Proven digital marketing experience with a strong portfolio
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and short-form video trends
Photography and photo editing skills (mobile or DSLR welcome!)
Experience with SEO tools, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email platforms
Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS
Excellent copywriting skills
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Organized, creative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Bonus Skills:
Short-form video editing, basic HTML/CSS/JS, B2B marketing experience
