Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze social media metrics to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create engaging content across various platforms, including text, images, and videos.
Manage daily social media activities, including posting, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions and industry trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
Utilize video editing skills to produce high-quality video content for social media channels.
Perform proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand voice.
Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
Conduct research on emerging trends in social media and e-commerce to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers and key stakeholders in the industry.

Experience

Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices.
Familiarity with tools for social listening and analytics.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar design software is preferred.
Experience in e-commerce is a plus, particularly in leveraging social media for sales growth.
Excellent relationship management skills with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team dynamics.
Strong research skills to stay informed about industry developments and audience preferences.
