Social Media Creative Strategist (Hybrid – Tempe, AZ + Remote)

Salary: USD $45,000–$55,000 · Full-time · Early-career role

PilotPractice is a marketing agency for medical, aesthetic and dental practices across the U.S. KloudMD is our software: online booking connected to the practice's EHR, plus an AI front desk that answers calls and texts. We want someone early in their career who already makes good content and wants to learn why some of it works and some doesn't. You'll be part of building the PilotPractice and KloudMD brands from the ground up. Some weeks you'll be at our Tempe office shooting with the team; the rest of the time you'll work remotely.

What you'll do

• Plan and run the weekly content calendar for pilotpractice.com and kloudmd.com: LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.

• Shoot and edit short videos in person in Tempe: founder clips, product demos, client wins.

• Turn what actually happens in our work into posts: real campaigns, real booking numbers, before-and-after site builds.

• Check the numbers every week, say plainly what worked, and change next week's plan based on it.

Who does well here

• You have a portfolio you can show: an account you grew, a brand you ran, or videos you shot and edited.

• You care about the "why": hooks, retention, which post brought in leads.

• You're comfortable on camera, both presenting to it and shooting yourself and the team. Much of what we post is founder clips, product demos and client stories filmed in Tempe.

• You live in the Phoenix metro area and can be in Tempe for shoots.

What you get

• $45,000–$55,000, full-time, hybrid.

• Hands-on work on two brands from day one, not an intern queue.

• Direct access to the founder and the people doing the work.

How we hire

1. Apply here. When asked for the code number, enter 74.

2. Every applicant who passes the screening questions gets a message from us asking for your Instagram, TikTok or other content profile, the one post you're proudest of and why, and a 30–60 second phone video of yourself talking about a piece of content you made. We only review applicants who reply, and applications without a portfolio aren't reviewed.

3. A 15-minute intro call.

4. A short paid test: one week of content concepts for KloudMD or PilotPractice, plus one reel script.

5. A final conversation in Tempe.
