We are looking for a creative, organized, and driven Social Media Manager to elevate our brand, engage our audience, and help grow our online presence across multiple platforms and accounts.

Position Summary

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across all social media channels. This role requires someone with strong storytelling skills, an eye for aesthetics, and experience creating high-performing content in the beauty, aesthetics, or healthcare industry.

This is a hybrid position that combines on-site collaboration with remote creative work. The ideal candidate will spend dedicated time in our office working directly with our providers and team to capture engaging photo and video content. Outside of scheduled on-site content days, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely to edit videos, create graphics, develop content calendars, write captions, analyze performance metrics, and plan future campaigns. Success in this role requires someone who thrives both in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment and independently managing creative projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a monthly social media content strategy.
Create, film, and edit high-quality photo and video content.
Manage Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
Write compelling captions and optimize posts for engagement.
Respond to comments and direct messages in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate with providers and staff to capture behind-the-scenes content, patient stories, educational videos, and practice updates.
Stay current with social media trends, industry trends, platform updates, and viral content.
Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports with recommendations.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and events.
Ensure all content complies with patient privacy (HIPAA) and marketing guidelines.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional social media management experience.
Experience in aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, medical aesthetics, luxury brands, or other areas of medicine is strongly preferred.
Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
Strong photography and videography skills.
Excellent writing and communication abilities.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and current social media trends.

Bonus Skills

Paid social advertising experience (Meta Ads).
Basic graphic design.
Email marketing experience.
Influencer outreach and partnership management.
