ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for someone who believes the best brands don't just create content—they create communities. Someone who instinctively knows what's funny, what's trending, and what's worth talking about before everyone else does.

This is a true hybrid role for someone who is equally comfortable filming a TikTok in a parking lot, brainstorming the next recurring content series, jumping into the comments, answering DMs, or testing an idea simply because it might work.

You'll help shape the personality of Nimble online by creating original content and building one of the most engaged communities in consumer products.

Every piece of content should spark conversation. Every comment is an opportunity to build a relationship. Every interaction should make someone feel like there's a real human behind the brand.

Content is how we start conversations. Community is how we build the brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CONTENT CREATION & STORYTELLING

Original Storytelling: Create original social concepts—not simply repurpose marketing assets. You're constantly generating ideas that feel native to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms, transforming everyday moments, products and cultural conversations into content people actually want to watch, save and share.
End-to-End Content Production: Own the creative process from concept to publish. Brainstorm, script, shoot, edit and publish engaging, mobile-first video content that entertains first and sells second.
Be a Face of the Brand: Comfortable appearing on camera and becoming a recognizable personality across Nimble's social channels. Whether you're educating, experimenting or simply making someone laugh, you're excited to help bring the brand to life.
Brand Voice Stewardship: Help define and evolve Nimble's social personality. Every caption, comment, reply and video should sound unmistakably Nimble—smart, optimistic, relatable and never corporate.

COMMUNITY BUILDING & ENGAGEMENT

Own the Conversation: You're the daily voice of Nimble. Respond to comments and DMs with personality, empathy and speed. Celebrate our customers, answer questions, surprise people, and create interactions that make people genuinely want to engage with the brand.
Create a Community—Not Just an Audience: Our goal isn't simply more followers. It's more people who genuinely care about the brand. Encourage conversations.Celebrate customer stories. Recognize loyal fans. Create opportunities for our community to interact with us—and with each other.
Jump Into Culture: Actively participate in conversations happening outside of Nimble's own channels. Engage with creators, artists, athletes, brands and cultural moments where our voice naturally belongs. We don't wait for people to discover us. We join the conversation.
Build Brand Advocates: Identify our biggest fans and help turn them into lifelong advocates. Celebrate their content, surprise them with products, encourage user-generated content and build authentic relationships that create long-term loyalty.
Be the Voice of the Customer: Listen obsessively. Surface recurring customer feedback, product ideas, FAQs and emerging trends so the rest of the marketing and product teams understand what our community is saying.

GROWTH & EXPERIMENTATION

Organic Growth Strategy: Develop creative strategies that increase engagement and followers through original ideas, recurring content series, community participation and platform-native storytelling—not simply chasing trends.
Creative Experimentation: Launch new content formats, test emerging platform features and rapidly iterate based on audience response. We value curiosity over perfection and believe our next great idea might come from trying something unexpected.
Social Commerce Support: Partner closely with Commerce and Growth teams to create content that builds trust, generates excitement and supports social commerce initiatives across TikTok Shop, Instagram and future platforms.
Analytics & Optimization: Measure what matters.Track engagement, community sentiment, organic growth, content performance and audience behavior—and use those insights to continuously improve your work.

QUALIFICATIONS

3–5 years creating and growing social content for a consumer brand, agency, publisher, creator business—or your own channels.
Proven experience building and managing engaged online communities, not simply publishing content.
Exceptional mobile-first video production and editing skills using tools like CapCut, Premiere, InShot or similar.
Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.
Deep understanding of internet culture, creator trends, memes and the unique behaviors of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms.
Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to effortlessly shift between witty entertainment, thoughtful storytelling and customer support.
Strong creative instincts paired with an analytical mindset. You love measuring what works just as much as making it.
Naturally curious, collaborative and energized by experimenting with new ideas.
A genuine passion for connecting with people and building relationships online.
