We're building a Korean facial brand focused on making clinical-grade Korean skincare more accessible through fast, results-driven facial treatments. Before launching, we're building a strong online presence through educational and founder-led short-form content across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

We're looking for a creative strategist who can help turn ideas into engaging videos that educate, build trust, and grow an audience.

What You'll Do

Write compelling hooks and scripts for short-form videos.
Identify viral short-form content opportunities.
Coach me on delivery, pacing, and speaking naturally on camera.
Review recorded videos and provide actionable feedback.
Develop a weekly content strategy and publishing calendar.
Research trending skincare and Korean beauty topics.
Adapt technical skincare concepts into simple, engaging language.
Work with a video editor by supplying context, shot suggestions, captions, and editing notes.
Continuously refine content based on performance and audience engagement.

What I'm Looking For

Experience growing a founder's personal brand or creator account.
Strong scriptwriting skills with a focus on short-form video.
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Excellent English writing and communication skills.
Ability to simplify educational topics into engaging content.
Familiarity with the skincare, beauty, or wellness industry is strongly preferred.
Comfortable providing direct coaching and constructive feedback.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of viral storytelling frameworks and hook optimization.
Large social media followig
Experience collaborating with video editors and creative teams.

Deliverables

Every two weeks, you will provide:

8-12 researched content ideas.
Fully written video scripts.
Hooks, titles, and caption suggestions.
Recording guidance for each video.
Feedback on completed recordings before editing.
A content calendar with recommended publishing cadence.

About Me

I'll be the face of the brand and will record all videos myself. I already have a separate video editor. Your role is to help me consistently produce high-quality educational content by handling the research, strategy, scripting, and coaching.

Pay: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per month
