Headway Vision is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to help expand our web development, blockchain, digital marketing, and IT consulting services. This is a commission-based role, with earnings based on successful project acquisition and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT web development, blockchain, and digital marketing.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Generate leads through various platforms, including LinkedIn, email marketing, and networking events.
Create and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are effectively communicated and executed.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Write engaging LinkedIn posts and contribute to the company’s online presence to attract leads.

Compensation:

Commission-based: Your earnings will be directly tied to the value and volume of projects you bring in. Detailed commission structure will be discussed during the interview.
