Job Title: AI Video Creators, Musicow US | Part-Time / Freelance

A Little Bit About Our Team

Musicow, a cutting-edge music platform, became the top music exchange platform in Korea in just six short years. Its exceptional technology and incomparable reputation have significantly impacted the music exchange industry. The Musicow team takes a unique approach to uncovering and promoting music catalogs, boasting an extensive collection of notable South Korean artists. And now, with plans for global expansion, their collective influence on music trends continues to grow.

Your Role

As an AI Video Creator at Musicow, you'll turn songs into scroll-stopping video content. Using AI video and image tools together with an editing app, you'll create TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, AI music videos, lyric videos, and artist promos for our AI artist projects and music catalog.

This role is a great fit for someone who already makes AI videos, for fun or for clients. Maybe you post your work on Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube, or you take on freelance projects through platforms like Upwork. We care much more about your portfolio and how quickly you can turn an idea into a finished clip than about job titles or a formal degree.

As an AI Video Creator at Musicow, you will be responsible for the following:

Short-Form Video Creation: Create TikToks, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts using text-to-video and image-to-video AI tools, edited to the beat of the music.
AI Music Videos & Lyric Videos: Produce music videos, lyric videos, and visualizers that turn a song's lyrics and emotion into a visual story, not just a string of random clips.
Artist Promos & Performance Clips: Create promo and performance-style videos featuring our AI artists, including lip-synced singing and talking scenes.
Social Cutdowns & Teasers: Cut full music videos and longer content into teasers, hook clips, and short versions for each social channel.
Hooks & Variations: Build scroll-stopping openings in the first 3 seconds and deliver multiple hook and creative variations so the team can test what performs best.
Concepts, Prompts & Storyboards: Write short concepts, shot lists, and prompts, and plan scenes before generating so each video has a clear idea.
AI Images & Thumbnails: Generate thumbnails, cover-style art, and social post images with AI image tools.
Character Consistency: Keep our AI artists looking the same across videos and images using reference images and character tools.
Editing & Finishing: Add captions, subtitles, text, transitions, effects, basic color, and sound effects in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or a similar editor.
Voiceover & Audio Touches: Add AI voiceovers or narration when needed and make sure visuals stay in sync with the track.
Platform-Ready Delivery: Reframe and export each piece in the right format and aspect ratio (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Trend Spotting: Keep up with short-form trends, formats, and sounds, and quickly turn them into content ideas for our artists.

Tools You Might Use

You don't need to know all of these. Experience with any of them, or similar tools, is great.

AI Video

Kling / Veo / Runway / Seedance / Hailuo / Sora: Generating clips from text prompts, images, or references.
Higgsfield: Accessing multiple video models in one place and keeping characters consistent.

AI Image

Midjourney / Nano Banana / Flux / Stable Diffusion: Creating images, character looks, thumbnails, and cover-style visuals.

Lip Sync, Avatars & Voice

HeyGen / Hedra / Kling Lip Sync: Making AI characters sing or talk on camera.
ElevenLabs: AI voiceovers and narration.

Editing

CapCut / Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / After Effects: Cutting to the beat, captions, transitions, effects, and exporting for social.
Photoshop: Quick touch-ups and fixes on AI-generated images.
