We're looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, create engaging content, and help keep our daily operations running smoothly.

This is a hybrid creative and administrative role, with approximately 60% of responsibilities focused on marketing and 40% focused on operational and program support.

Edit photos and videos for social media, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.

Assist with planning, creating, and scheduling social media content.

Help develop creative strategies to increase community awareness and engagement.

Collaborate with leadership to promote organizational programs, partnerships, and events.

Operations & Program Support (40%)

Assist with administrative documentation, progress note preparation, and organization of program records under appropriate supervision.

Support data entry, spreadsheets, member tracking, and program reporting.

Help coordinate community outreach events, meetings, and special projects.

Assist with member communications and connecting individuals to available community resources.

Maintain organized and accurate electronic records.

Provide general administrative support to case managers and leadership.

Assist with improving internal systems and day-to-day operational efficiency.

Maintain confidentiality and follow organizational policies regarding sensitive member information.

Experience planning or assisting with community events.

Recent graduates are encouraged to apply! Professional experience is not required if you can demonstrate creativity, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.

What Makes This Opportunity Unique?

At Momentum360, you won't be limited to one department or spend every day performing the same tasks.

You'll have the opportunity to:

Build your creative portfolio through real marketing campaigns, photography, and design projects.

Gain nonprofit and human services experience while supporting meaningful community programs.

Work directly with leadership and contribute ideas that help shape the organization's growth.

Develop transferable professional skills in marketing, administration, operations, and community outreach.

Make a meaningful impact by helping connect individuals with programs, services, and resources.

We value initiative, creativity, accountability, and individuals who are excited to grow professionally.

Who We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being creative but is equally comfortable staying organized and handling administrative responsibilities.

You might be a great fit if you're a psychology graduate who loves graphic design, a marketing graduate passionate about community services, or someone with a human services background who enjoys photography and social media.

We're looking for a self-starter who takes pride in their work, pays attention to details, follows through on assignments, and brings a positive, solutions-oriented attitude to the team.
