Role Description The Content and Community Growth Partner (Revenue Share) is a remote, contract role focused on expanding MnA Studios’ online presence and community engagement. In this role, the partner develops and executes content strategies across social media, video platforms, and community channels to attract and retain musicians, creators, and fans. Responsibilities include planning and creating content in collaboration with the studio team, managing community interactions, and identifying opportunities for collaborations and partnerships. The partner tracks performance metrics, experiments with new formats and campaigns, and optimizes content to drive audience growth and revenue. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building communities around music, understands digital content ecosystems, and is motivated by shared revenue outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience in content creation and strategy, including social media, short-form video, and community-focused content.
Background in community management or online community building, with the ability to foster engagement and nurture relationships.
Familiarity with digital marketing, audience growth tactics, and analytics tools to track and improve performance.
Exposure to the music, audio, or creator economy space, with an understanding of artists’ and content creators’ needs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a clear and inclusive tone suitable for global audiences.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
Comfort with revenue share or performance-based compensation models; entrepreneurial mindset is highly beneficial.
Prior experience with brand collaborations, influencer partnerships, or creator programs is a plus.
