We are a fast-growing performance footwear and apparel brand, deeply rooted in Olympic weightlifting and expanding into the CrossFit and functional fitness space. Our brand is known for premium design, athlete-driven innovation, and powerful storytelling. We’re looking for a passionate and creative Freelance Graphic Designer to support our visual identity and elevate our content across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Create visually compelling graphics for social media, email campaigns, digital ads, web banners, and marketing materials

Assist in developing brand visuals for product launches, promotions, and athlete partnerships

Design packaging, print materials, and signage for events or pop-ups

Collaborate closely with our marketing and content teams to maintain brand consistency

Support in creating mood boards, brand decks, and campaign visuals

Adapt and resize graphics based on platform specs and campaign needs

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a portfolio in sports, fitness, or performance brands

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma or Canva is a plus

Strong sense of typography, layout, and color theory

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision

Experience designing for both digital and print

Understanding of social media formats and best practices

Preferred:

Experience in the fitness or sportswear industry

Familiarity with CrossFit, Olympic lifting, or other performance training communities

Motion graphics or video editing skills are a big plus (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
