Position Summary

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Social Media Affiliate & Content Creator with a passion for the beauty industry. The ideal candidate is someone who understands current social media trends, has experience creating engaging beauty content, and is excited to help grow our brand through authentic storytelling, influencer partnerships, and digital marketing.

This position requires someone who is organized, hardworking, detail oriented, self-motivated, and capable of producing high-quality content while maintaining brand consistency across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

-Create engaging photo, video, and written content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

-Develop and execute creative content strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

-Manage and grow affiliate marketing partnerships and influencer relationships. àIdentify new affiliate opportunities and recruit beauty influencers aligned with the brand.

-Film, edit, and publish high-quality short-form and long-form video content.

-Stay current on beauty trends, viral content, platform updates, and competitor activity.

-Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support product launches and promotional campaigns.

-Monitor social media performance using analytics and recommend improvements based on data.

-Ensure all content reflects the company's branding, messaging, and quality standards/Respond to comments, direct messages, and community engagement when needed.

-Assist with live events, product demonstrations, and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

Required

-2+ years of experience creating social media content, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or wellness industry.

-Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.

-Experience managing affiliate or influencer marketing campaigns.

-Excellent photography, videography, and mobile content creation skills.

-Proficiency with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar platforms.

-Strong written and verbal communication skills.

-Exceptional attention to detail.

-Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

-Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.

-Passion for beauty, cosmetics, skincare, and current industry trends.

Preferred

-Experience working with beauty brands, salons, med spas, cosmetic companies, or influencers.

-Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling platforms.

-Graphic design experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

-Experience collaborating with creators and affiliate networks.

-Basic understanding of SEO and social media advertising.
