About the role

Lovepop is seeking an experienced Graphic designer to join our talented creative team as at a long-term part-time contract capacity. The ideal candidate has a background in creating web, paid social and email campaigns for digital-first consumer brands.

Accountabilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative concepts for marketing collateral
Design and produce high-quality visuals for paid ads, email campaigns, and website creative
Assist in creating engaging motion graphics for various digital platforms
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are optimized for different formats and platforms
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Provide creative solutions and contribute to brainstorming sessions
Report to and work closely with the fractional Creative Director to align on project goals and deliverables

Qualifications

3-6 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in-house for a brand or with an agency
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of marketing collateral including paid ads, email, and site creative
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesignExperience in motion design is a significant plus
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional partners and contribute to a positive team environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
