Position Summary

We are seeking a Contract Graphic Designer to create data-driven, high-converting digital assets for our digital marketing and e-commerce channels. Additionally, this role will support retail sales through designing packaging and sales materials.This role requires someone capable of a thorough understanding of each brand’s core values, target consumers, competition, and design trends.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Design:

Execute engaging design across all of our digital touchpoints–websites, emails, social media, digital advertising, and Amazon–in a way that properly represents our brands and speaks to our consumers
Ensure assets are optimized for various platforms and screen sizes
Utilize our digital performance data to inform designs
Understand user experience and digital design best practices

Brand & Packaging:

Packaging design development, from concept through production-ready files. Reviewing print proofs and working to ensure quality of final prints
Help maintain and evolve design templates and systems
Assist on photoshoots that capture content for future digital and packaging use

Skills & Experience

Required:

4–6 years of design experience (internships or freelance considered)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Illustration
Strong composition, typography, and color skills
Photo editing and retouching
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit

Bonus Skills:

Video editing
Experience using generative AI tools in a design workflow
Familiarity with Amazon A+ content and storefront design
Experience art directing photo shoots
Animation
