LALAIS is a luxury skincare and wellness brand dedicated to oily, combination and

acne-prone skin. LALAIS seeks a part-time, prestige beauty Sr. Digital Designer

with a passion for luxury and a track record of bringing brands to life through

exceptional visual storytelling. This role partners closely with the Founder & CEO to

shape and execute the brand’s creative strategy and digital assets across all platforms,

including social media, eCommerce, advertising, events, and creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute the creative vision for LALAIS Skincare, ensuring alignment with the brand’s luxury positioning and aesthetic.
Collaborate with the CEO on compelling ways to bring the brand and product stories to life in a way that captivates, educates and engages our target audience with emotion and clear differentiation.
Oversee the designs and production of creative assets, including digital, social media, and print materials.
Drive storytelling through visuals, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand narrative.
Manage and direct interns, ensuring all creative partners deliver work that meets brand standards, aesthetic, and deadlines.
Stays ahead of trends and consumer insights to maintain the brand's aspirational appeal.

What We’re Looking For:

Prestige beauty industry experience is REQUIRED.
Strong modern, minimal, luxury aesthetic in design.
Proven ability to lead and execute creative projects with excellence and innovation.
Deep understanding of digital and social media trends, with a knack for creating scroll-stopping content.
Excellent design skills across all major programs with particular emphasis on social media and eCommerce. Knowledge of Klaviyo and Shopify is preferred.
Is collaborative, works quickly, and can operate with flexibility and patience in a start-up environment.
Has high accountability and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
