Join LALAIS as a Freelance Junior Designer and immerse yourself in diverse creative projects across multiple platforms. Gain hands-on experience in digital media, pre/post production, and contribute to every stage of design and photo production. Your role involves designing social media content, ads, emails, and brand collateral, while assisting in branding projects and photo productions.

Responsibilities:

Design social media content, ads, emails, and brand collateral
Assist in branding and art direction projects
Contribute to team meetings
Aid in photo productions as required
Photo retouching and sizing as required

Requirements:

Minimum of 2+ years' experience in luxury skincare, e-commerce, or agency roles.
Proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator, Keynote, and Adobe XD (video editing skills are a bonus)
Graphic Design or Art Direction Degree
Strong grasp of design principles and typography
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking
Passion for beauty and luxury brands
Keen eye for design aesthetics
Ability to work independently and remotely, with occasional in-person work in the Gramercy/Flatiron area
Own laptop
