We’re seeking a highly experienced Email Strategy Consultant to lead strategic engagements for enterprise-level clients, with a focus on B2B and financial services organizations. This is a consulting-only role—ideal for someone who operates as a strategic advisor, not a day-to-day executor.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end email strategy development for enterprise clients, from audit through roadmap creation
Conduct deep audits of existing email programs, including lifecycle architecture, segmentation, deliverability, and performance
Advise on segmentation strategy, data infrastructure, and personalization at scale
Perform competitive and industry analysis to identify opportunities and benchmarks
Synthesize findings into clear, compelling strategic recommendations
Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations that communicate insights, opportunities, and roadmaps

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing, with a strong focus on strategy and consulting
Proven experience working with enterprise organizations
Strong knowledge of CRM and Marketo
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into strategic insights
