We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with corporate experience to join our creative team on a contract/freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, exceptional creativity, and the ability to translate written copy and concepts into visually appealing designs. The Graphic Designer will primarily focus on creating impactful presentation decks and will occasionally contribute to social media and website content.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop visually engaging presentation decks that communicate our business initiatives effectively. These decks are instrumental in creating new concepts and business initiatives to grow the brand, pitching to sponsors, recapping facts and data, showcasing the value of our partnerships, and are utilized as post-event deliverables to report on how we amplified their brand, amongst other projects.

- Design compelling graphics and visuals for social media posts and website content, ensuring alignment with our brand identity.

- Work closely with the Marketing team to understand stakeholders' requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions that effectively communicate our messaging.

- Stay updated with design trends and tools to enhance the overall quality of our visual content.

- Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas and concepts.

- Availability during office hours or on-call with quick turnarounds, as necessary.

Please Note: 

The Graphic Designer will be expected to demonstrate flexibility and dedication, especially in the weeks leading up to, during, and immediately after our annual event in September. During this period, the role will require additional time and urgency to meet the event-related design needs effectively.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a corporate setting.

- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including presentation decks and digital assets.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

- Ability to translate written copy into effective visuals
