We’re a growing creative and marketing studio based in Florida specializing in branding, web design, and strategic marketing for small businesses and lifestyle brands. We provide our clients with full creative direction, visual identity, and strategy. We’re seeking a reliable SEO/SEM freelancer to handle the technical execution and maintenance side of digital marketing.

This is a long-term, white-label partnership opportunity with consistent monthly work for the right person.

About the Role

You’ll manage SEO and SEM implementation on a project basis. We handle branding, messaging, and creative assets, you handle the digital performance layer:

Technical and on-page SEO setup and optimization
Local SEO (Google Business Profile management, citation cleanup, local ranking)
Keyword research and meta optimization
Monthly performance reports (Looker Studio, GA4, GSC)
Google Ads campaign setup, maintenance, and optimization
Communicate efficiently via Slack or email; provide monthly updates

You’ll work under our direction, using our brand guidelines and strategies. This is a great fit for a freelancer who prefers steady recurring projects over client-facing work.

Requirements

Located in Florida, Alabama, or Georgia, must work in Eastern Time zone
2+ years of SEO and/or SEM experience (agency or freelance)
Strong command of GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Ads
Experience with keyword tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar)
Ability to manage multiple small business accounts at once
Excellent communication and documentation habits
Must be comfortable with white-label work (our agency remains client-facing)

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with DashThis, Looker Studio dashboards or other dashboard platforms
Familiarity with WordPress
Google Ads certification
Basic copywriting for meta descriptions or ad text

Compensation

Contract/Freelance: rate to be negotiated
Commitment: 10–20 hours per week with growth potential
Paid per contract via Zelle, ACH, or PayPal
