About Us

It’s All G Marketing Agency is an Atlanta based social media and content agency founded in 2021. We help restaurants, salons, med spas, real estate teams, and local service businesses grow through short form video, storytelling, and paid ads.

The Role

We’re hiring a Creative Director to own the creative vision across every client account. This is not an assistant or intern role. You will be the person responsible for what our content says, how it looks, and whether it performs. You’ll turn client goals into content plans, write the hooks and scripts, direct our videographer and editing team, and approve every video before it reaches a client. You’ll report directly to the founder and work alongside our Operations Manager.

What You’ll Own

Monthly content strategies and calendars for each client
Hooks, scripts, shot lists, and on screen text for short form video
Creative briefs that give our videographer and editors clear direction
Final review and approval of all edits before client delivery
Keeping content fresh, never repetitive, and true to each client’s brand voice
Spotting trends early and adapting them for each client’s audience
Creative concepts for paid ad campaigns
Presenting creative direction on client strategy calls

What We’re Looking For

2+ years in social media content, creative direction, or video production
A portfolio of short form content (Reels/TikTok) you conceptualized or directed
Strong storytelling instincts and an eye for what stops the scroll
Deep understanding of Atlanta culture and the communities our clients serve
Experience giving clear, constructive feedback to editors and creatives
Organized and reliable across multiple accounts and deadlines
Bonus: CapCut, ClickUp, Meta Ads, or AI video tools

Details

Part time contract, 15 to 20 hours per week, with room to grow as we scale
Hybrid: mostly remote, with occasional in person shoots and client meetings in Atlanta
$25 to $35 per hour, based on experience

Share your portfolio and 2 to 3 examples of content you created or directed, with a short note on why each one worked.
