International Travel News (ITN) is seeking a versatile, resourceful publishing associate to join our team part-time at our Greenwich, CT office. This is a true jack-of-all-trades role supporting all aspects of our monthly print and digital magazine — from editorial to advertising to production. Ideal for someone with an interest in publishing who thrives in a small, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with copyediting, headlines, captions, and layout coordination
Prepare approved submissions for publication in the monthly print and digital magazine
Manage and maintain the subscriber database, including updates and fulfillment coordination
Support the full range of magazine publishing activities — from content and advertising to circulation and distribution
Help ensure all content and operations meet ITN’s standards and deadlines

Qualifications

Comfortable wearing many hats — no task too big or too small
Passion for travel and storytelling
Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Must be available to come into Greenwich, CT office
