About Inner Glow

Inner Glow Vitamins is a physician-led wellness and supplement brand focused on skin, hair, nails, healthy aging, and sun-support supplements. Our products are developed with a science-forward approach and are trusted by physicians, dermatologists, and consumers across the country. We are a fast-growing brand looking for a creative, detail-oriented graphic designer who can help us bring our visual identity to life across digital, social, e-commerce, and advertising channels.

About the Role

We are looking for a nimble, creative graphic designer who can work within an established brand book while adapting designs for different platforms and campaigns. This person should be able to create polished, on-brand assets for social media, website updates, paid ads, email marketing, product launches, physician education, and promotional materials.

The ideal candidate understands the wellness, beauty, or supplement space and can balance elevated design with clear, conversion-focused messaging. We need someone who is collaborative, responsive, organized, and comfortable receiving constructive feedback in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

Create on-brand graphics for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, email, website, and paid ads
Design social media posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, product education graphics, promotional graphics, and launch assets
Support website updates with banners, product graphics, icons, landing page visuals, and e-commerce creative
Develop ad creative for Meta, TikTok, Google, and other digital platforms
Follow and maintain consistency with the Inner Glow brand book, colors, fonts, tone, and visual style
Translate scientific and wellness concepts into clear, attractive, consumer-friendly visuals
Create graphics for product launches, PR boxes, physician outreach, and educational campaigns
Work closely with the CEO, marketing team, creative designer, and outside consultants
Revise designs based on feedback and collaborate through multiple rounds of edits
Organize and deliver final files in appropriate formats for web, social, print, and ads
Stay aware of design trends in wellness, beauty, skincare, supplements, and physician-led brands

Ideal Qualifications

Strong graphic design portfolio with examples of social, web, email, and ad creative
Experience working with wellness, supplement, beauty, skincare, health, or lifestyle brands
Ability to follow an existing brand book while still bringing fresh creative ideas
Strong eye for typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and visual consistency
Comfortable designing for both consumer-facing and physician-facing audiences
Experience creating assets for Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Meta ads, TikTok ads, or similar platforms
Ability to move quickly while maintaining a polished, elevated look
Open to constructive criticism and comfortable collaborating with a team
Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
Understanding of compliance-sensitive categories such as supplements, wellness, or medical-adjacent products is a plus
