We are searching for an enthusiastic International Marketing Manager to support our global retail partners. As the International Marketing Manager at ILIA, you must be passionate, forward-thinking, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with our retail partners and use their expertise to localize ILIA's retail marketing strategies across the globe.

This role is hybrid for candidates based in New York, New York. This role reports into the Senior Manager, Retail Marketing.

Responsibilities:

Drive all newness and core collections with international wholesale partners including, but not limited to, Sephora France, Sephora UK, and MECCA.
Coordinate and execute 360 campaign launches to fit regional market strategy
Disseminate ILIA brand copy and creative assets, ensuring consistency across all channels
Work collaboratively with PR, sales, social, creative and operations teams to develop and execute new launches and promote evergreen campaigns
Partner with NA Marketing Associate to optimize all global marketing materials for international accounts and ensure localized needs are met
Source all marketing and sales tools for in store activations and major retailer events
Lead development of promotional items for freelance teams and events to animate launches and brand
Lead briefing and planning process for retailer events, campaigns, and secondary in-store touchpoints
Complete and submit product & brand registration for retailers
Stay on the pulse with all retail marketing opportunities, continually calling out whitespace and areas for growth
Build and maintain close relationships and daily correspondence with international wholesale partners across all departments and all accounts
Support international wholesale marketing departments to ensure they receive all marketing and brand assets in a timely manner
Partner with Account Manager in gathering all copy, asset, and miscellaneous marketing needs for local markets
Build and maintain international marketing calendar to ensure all activations are tracked and updated as programs shift
Source review and execute review programs internationally
Lead organization and execution of in-person and virtual events with retail partners

4+ years of retail marketing experience executing international marketing campaigns for a personal care products brand (e.g. beauty, wellness, CPG), preferably with a D2C brand
Strong understanding of the beauty industry; special interest in candidates with previous experience working with Sephora
Extremely organized with strong ability to manage multiple external accounts and work collaboratively across multiple internal departments
Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in fast paced environment
Understand ILIA’s aesthetic and support our image across all touchpoints
Dynamic storyteller and communicator
Attention to detail, specifically deadlines, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Experience working with a small/rapidly growing business is a huge plus
Experience working with international retailers is a huge plus
Ideal candidate would come from beauty industry and experience with makeup is a plus
Flexible to work across different time zones occasionally, as you will be partnering with retailers across the globe

This is the anticipated salary range for this position. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a few factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
