The Role: Social Media Manager

We are seeking a Social Media Manager who understands that social media is not just about visibility, but about stewardship of a brand, a message, and a community.

This individual is responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and managing content across social platforms, ensuring that everything we share reflects the values of: clarity, credibility, warmth, and integrity.

You will work closely with leadership and marketing to translate long-form thinking, lived experience, and educational content into clear, engaging social media communications that feel human — not hype-driven.

This is a contract-based role, suitable for someone who works well independently, manages their time with maturity, and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a consistent social media content strategy
Create written and visual content for platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, X, and Facebook
Schedule and publish content using social media management tools
Monitor engagement, respond professionally to comments and messages, and nurture community interaction
Track performance metrics and provide insights to support ongoing improvement
Maintain brand consistency across all social touchpoints
