This high-impact role blends exceptional brand vision, on-site field storytelling, and multi-objective campaign execution to support business growth, talent recruitment, and client retention. The Social Media Manager is a confident, highly skilled, and motivated professional who plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s online presence and digital brand strategy. Their creative mindset, innovative approach, and strategic thinking are instrumental in developing and executing impactful social media campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, this mid-level manager is responsible for developing, managing, and executing integrated external communications strategies, initiatives, and activities that generate positive visibility, strengthen the corporate brand and reputation, and advance a larger story: that HITT is elevating the business of building—for its people, its clients, and the industry it will hand to the next generation. Responsibilities include digital content development, copywriting and editing, campaign management, and advertising initiatives.

This highly visible role works closely with stakeholders across the organization and collaborates with members of the communications, brand, events, and marketing teams to plan, execute, and measure regional and nationwide campaigns. Success in this position requires strong writing skills, sound professional judgment and discretion, outstanding relationship-management abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate is a creative professional with a keen eye for visual branding and a passion for storytelling.
