Women's Health / Wellness Brand — Project-based, with potential for ongoing work

Her Rhythms is an emerging women's health and wellness company launching our first product, PeriPak, in Fall 2026. We are looking for an experienced CPG packaging and graphic designer to translate our brand into a premium, intuitive, scalable physical product experience.

The Product

PeriPak is a four-phase supplement system for perimenopause. Four formulas each live in their own weekly blister card (8 capsules per card, 32 per pak, one a day), housed together in one secondary package. The phased design mirrors the hormonal cycle and is the basis of our patent-pending claims.

Our brand is clean luxe: restrained, editorial and premium — prestige beauty shelf presence, not vitamin aisle — anchored in deep navy-teal with warm cream, and grounded in real science. Warm and human, never clinical. Generous white space, elegant serif headlines, disciplined hierarchy, and quiet materiality (soft-touch matte, minimal purposeful foil or deboss). Tagline: "In Sync with You."

Creative direction and visual system for PeriPak
Four coordinated but visually distinct blister card designs
One secondary package — folding carton or pouch
Two-sided customer insert: "How PeriPak Works" + "Your Her Rhythms Companion App"
Small ambassador/referral program insert
A reusable "How PeriPak Works" master graphic for web, app, social and print
Application of final designs to manufacturer-supplied dielines
Production-ready/prepress artwork and final editable source files
High-quality product and package mockups/renders
Collaboration through final manufacturer artwork approval

*We provide all final approved product, ingredient, labeling, regulatory and claims copy. You are responsible for accurate visual execution — not for regulatory approval of claims.

The Customer Experience Matters

We want someone who thinks beyond individual pieces of packaging. The four PeriPak phases should become a recognizable visual system that extends naturally across packaging, our website, the companion app, social, email, advertising, healthcare practitioner materials, education, and future Her Rhythms products.

A woman should be able to look at the system and intuitively understand where she is, which formula she is using, and how the four fit together.

Potential Ongoing Work

We would love to find a designer who continues with us through pre-launch (~90 days), launch, and the first 60 days post-launch — and beyond. That could include website and product-page graphics, product education, companion-app graphics, paid ad creative, social and email graphics, launch campaigns, blog graphics, ambassador materials, customer-review and UGC templates, practitioner materials, and future products and packaging.

Who We're Looking For

Strong experience in physical consumer packaging — ideally supplements, wellness, women's health, beauty, healthcare, food and beverage, or DTC consumer brands.

You should be comfortable with

Manufacturer dielines · commercial print production · prepress requirements · typography and information hierarchy · information-heavy packaging · building visual systems across multiple SKUs · digital design.

Beautiful digital work is a plus. Commercial packaging experience is essential.
