Audit the existing TikTok Shop, identify growth opportunities, and optimize the storefront, product listings, imagery, descriptions, and merchandising.
Identify hero products and develop TikTok-specific assortment, bundle, and promotional strategies.
Build and optimize the affiliate program, including creator recruitment, onboarding, commission recommendations, and sampling strategies.
Manage creator outreach, product seeding, follow-up, and relationships to establish a repeatable recruitment and activation pipeline.
Analyze creator, product, and campaign performance to identify and scale successful strategies.

Coordinate with internal teams on inventory, sampling, fulfillment, returns, and customer experience.
Monitor TikTok Shop account health and platform requirements, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.
Establish baseline KPIs and provide weekly reporting on GMV, orders, conversion, average order value, affiliate activity, content volume, and contribution economics.
Present a 90-day performance review and recommended growth plan, including opportunities for TikTok LIVE and expansion across both brands.
The first month will focus on auditing, optimization, and program setup, followed by creator activation, performance testing, and ongoing growth. Success will be measured primarily by profitable net TikTok Shop GMV growth, supported by creator activation, affiliate-driven GMV, conversion, average order value, and contribution margin.
