About the Role

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, creative freelance Marketing & Social Media Specialist who can move quickly, adapt easily, and bring our brand to life across digital platforms. This person is hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple aspects of digital marketing, from social media to video editing. If you enjoy technology, storytelling, and building brand visibility through compelling content, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Create, manage, and grow Gramercy Tech’s presence across social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Produce high-quality short-form and long-form video content, including filming, editing, and motion graphics.
Identify and share trends, creative formats, and opportunities to increase visibility and engagement.
Work with internal teams to translate product updates, events, and client wins into compelling social content.
Develop content calendars, social campaigns, and on-brand messaging.
Track engagement metrics and recommend improvements to increase reach and conversions.
Support broader marketing needs such as articles, case studies, newsletters, and event promotional content.

Who You Are

Highly tech-savvy with a strong understanding of social platforms, digital tools, and emerging content trends.
Resourceful, proactive, and able to produce high-quality work efficiently.
Experienced in video editing tools (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar).
Strong visual storyteller with an eye for design and brand consistency.
Comfortable experimenting with new formats and adapting based on performance data.
Excellent communicator able to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging content.
1-3 years in marketing, social media, content creation, or related fields. Strong portfolios may substitute for formal experience.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
