We're partnering with a fast-growing health, wellness, and human performance media platform to find a Social Media Manager who knows how to turn great content into an engaged and growing audience.

With an established podcast, a large digital following, and an expanding portfolio of wellness brands, products, and experiences, this business has built an exciting platform in the health and longevity space.

Now they're looking for someone to help take that growth even further.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of room to make an impact. You'll take ownership of social media strategy, content planning, execution, and performance, working closely with the content, marketing, and leadership teams.

We're looking for someone who understands what makes content work, can spot opportunities to grow an audience, and is equally comfortable developing a strategy and rolling up their sleeves to deliver it.

You'll be joining a creative, fast-moving environment where new ideas are encouraged and you'll have the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute social media strategies that grow audiences, increase engagement, and strengthen brand awareness.
Lead content planning, scheduling, copywriting, and day-to-day management across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Threads, and Rumble.
Collaborate with podcast production and marketing teams to create compelling content that promotes podcast episodes, brand initiatives, and new experiences.
Monitor social media trends, platform developments, and audience behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
Track social media analytics, report on performance, and use data to continuously improve content and engagement strategies.
Identify opportunities for influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and community engagement, while managing external agencies and partners.

The ideal candidate will bring

5+ years of experience in social media marketing or social media management, with hands-on experience developing and executing content strategies.
Experience growing social media audiences and driving measurable engagement.
Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to adapt content and messaging across different platforms.
A strong understanding of social media analytics, performance reporting, and data-driven content optimization.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
An interest in health, wellness, longevity, and human performance.

Even better if you have

Experience working with podcasts, digital media, content creators, or health and wellness brands.
Familiarity with tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or ManyChat.
Experience translating long-form podcast or video content into engaging social media campaigns.

The opportunity to help scale a high-profile media platform and an expanding portfolio of wellness brands.
