Role Summary

We are seeking a Records Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that financial and operational records are accurate, complete, and compliant with internal and external standards. You will work closely with finance, operations, and other cross‑functional teams to maintain documentation and help streamline record‑keeping processes.

What You’ll Do

Maintain and organize financial and operational records in accordance with company policies.
Review, verify, and validate documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Work with internal teams to clarify data and resolve discrepancies in records.
Prepare records and reports for internal review and external audits.
Support continuous improvements in record‑keeping processes and procedures.
Assist in responding to inquiries from internal stakeholders about documentation status.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

1+ years of experience in record management, data entry, or a related administrative/operational role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage accurate documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort working in a remote environment with timely follow‑up and collaboration.

Preferred:

Experience with financial systems or expense management tools.
Familiarity with standard business software (e.g., Google Workspace, MS Office).
