ForesightCares | Charlotte, NC | Hybrid/Flexible

ForesightCares is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Creation Contractor to help grow our digital presence and tell the story of how AI and technology can improve mobility, independence, and healthy aging.

ForesightCares is a Charlotte-based health technology startup developing AVA, an AI-powered, privacy-preserving mobility assessment platform designed to help older adults better understand and monitor their mobility and fall risk. We are expanding our pilots and partnerships with senior living communities, healthcare organizations, and rural communities and are looking for someone who can translate our work into engaging, accessible content.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels

• Create engaging posts, short-form videos/Reels, graphics, stories, and educational content

• Visit selected pilots, community events, and company activities to capture photos and videos

• Interview team members, partners, clinicians, and community participants and turn their stories into compelling content

• Translate technical and healthcare topics into clear, human-centered stories for general audiences

• Build and maintain a monthly social media content calendar

• Help showcase company milestones, partnerships, pilot results, grants, events, and product updates

• Create content highlighting AVA’s real-world impact on older adults, caregivers, senior communities, and healthcare providers

• Support founder and company LinkedIn content

• Monitor engagement and basic social media analytics and recommend ways to improve reach and engagement

• Maintain a consistent ForesightCares voice, visual identity, and brand presence across channels

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is creative, reliable, and comfortable owning the content creation process from idea to publication.

The ideal candidate has experience with social media marketing, content creation, photography/video, and short-form video editing. Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms is helpful.

You should be comfortable interacting with people in community settings and finding interesting stories rather than simply creating promotional posts from behind a computer.

Experience with healthcare, healthtech, startups, senior living, wellness, or technology is a plus but not required.

Engagement

This is a part-time independent contractor position, initially expected to require approximately 10–15 hours per week, with flexibility based on events and content needs. Some in-person availability in the Charlotte area will be important for capturing content at pilots, community events, and company activities.

The role has the potential to expand as ForesightCares grows.

To Apply

Please send us:

• A short introduction about yourself

• Resume or LinkedIn profile

• Portfolio or examples of social media/content you have created

• Links to accounts, videos, campaigns, or brands you have worked on (Please include these at the top of your resume).

• Your hourly or monthly rate and general availability

We are particularly interested in seeing examples of short-form video, storytelling, social media campaigns, and content that makes complex ideas approachable and engaging.

About ForesightCares
