We're looking for a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Associate to help grow our brand, increase leads, and engage with our customers through innovative marketing strategies.

Job Overview:

As a Junior Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, managing social media, optimizing our online presence, and driving brand awareness. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for digital marketing and a desire to grow in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business Profile, etc.).
Create engaging content (graphics, short videos, blog posts) to promote our services.
Monitor and respond to online reviews, messages, and comments to improve customer engagement.
Work on SEO and website updates to optimize for search rankings.
Assist in running and optimizing Google Ads and social media ad campaigns.
Track and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
Support email marketing campaigns and promotional offers.
Help organize local events or collaborations to boost brand awareness.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.

Qualifications:

0-2 years of marketing experience (internship or freelance experience is a plus!).
Basic knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, and digital advertising.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, or Mailchimp is a plus.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creativity, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
