Delphine B Paris is a recently launched luxury beauty brand founded by restorative beauty expert Delphine Breyne, dedicated to skincare that heals, hydrates, and empowers. We’re looking for a Social Media Ads Specialist to help grow our e-commerce presence through creative, data-driven ad campaigns on Instagram, Meta, and TikTok.

This role is perfect for someone who blends creativity with strategy. You need to be able to develop scroll-stopping ad content that converts, while optimizing campaigns to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage paid ad campaigns across Instagram, Meta (Facebook), and TikTok Ads Manager
Create, test, and optimize ad copy, visuals, and videos for performance and conversion
Identify and refine target audiences using pixel data, lookalike, and retargeting strategies
Run A/B tests for creative, audiences, and placements
Collaborate with our content and brand team to align organic and paid strategies
Monitor daily campaign performance and provide insights with actionable recommendations
Plan and execute campaigns for product launches, promotions, and retargeting
Manage and optimize TikTok Shop and Instagram Shop integration for paid campaigns
Tag and link products in Reels, TikToks, and ads to drive conversions
Track and report Shop-related analytics, suggesting creative or product adjustments to improve sales
Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and performance best practices

Qualifications

5 years experience managing Instagram/Meta and TikTok ad campaigns (beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brand experience preferred)
Strong understanding of creative strategy, conversion optimization, and audience segmentation
Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, with strong analytical and reporting skills
Familiarity with TikTok Shop and Instagram Shop setup and management
Ability to write persuasive ad copy and select visuals that sell
Data-driven, proactive, and confident optimizing budgets based on performance metrics
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
