Responsibilities

Your Role (What You’ll Actually Do)

· You will act as a Growth & Content Partner, not a task-taker.

· Your focus is 100% organic:

· YouTube growth strategy (search-first, not viral chasing)

· Content packaging, positioning, and metadata logic

· Helping structure video clusters and series for binge behavior

· Identifying collaboration, backlink, and audience-trading opportunities

· Organic distribution (forums, communities, partnerships—not spam)

· Learning the business deeply so marketing gets sharper over time

No ad accounts.

No budgets.

No vanity metrics.

This is about building a machine that compounds. Time Commitment is not casual.

Expect:

· Many hours per week

· At least a 12-month commitment

· Deep thinking, iteration, and learning

· Results and revenue
