About Confetti Social

Confetti Social is a boutique social media and content marketing agency working with venture-backed startups, VC firms, and high-net-worth executives. We're a small but mighty team that treats marketing like a business lever, strategic, data-informed, and built to drive real results.

What You'll Work On

Content calendars and social strategy for real clients
Copywriting for social media, captions, and campaigns
Graphic creation and visual content
Scheduling, posting, and community management
Monthly analytics reports and performance tracking
Content ideation and creative brainstorming

What We're Looking For

You're a self-starter who's curious about marketing beyond aesthetics. You want to understand why a strategy works, not just execute it. You communicate proactively, take ownership of your work, and want to grow inside an agency that moves fast and does things the right way.
