Paid Media Specialist

C/C/G, a global consumer products focused marketing agency, is seeking a Paid Media Specialist (Freelance) to manage digital activities across social, search and display platforms and ensure that strategies are aligned with marketing goals. You will also be responsible to plan and execute the paid media campaigns as well as manage the optimization and reporting. You will have the opportunity to work with global consumer products brands with seven figure budgets. CCG is an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment where excellence is rewarded.

This is for a remote role and we welcome candidates from any location.

Responsibilities

Launch and scale paid media initiatives (SEM, PPC, Paid Social) for our clients in the US and internationally.
Analyze paid media campaigns to develop, execute, test, and report on paid media strategies with actionable next-step recommendations.
Manage marketing spend across social networks, websites, search engines and geographical location, to ensure budgets are optimized.
Ensure campaign alignment by collaborating, sharing, and receiving feedback from multiple teams (design, sales, product, etc.).
Keep up with the latest trends in digital marketing, advertising channels and new opportunities for clients.
Monthly reporting to clients utilizing 3rd party software systems and proprietary processes.

Requirements

Previous experience in Paid Media or similar role.
A track record of delivering media campaigns in an agency or related environment a plus.
A strong knowledge of channel specific advertising (Paid social, SEM, Display/re-marketing, etc) with ability to oversee setup, management, and reporting to clients.
Understanding and experience with advanced programmatic, OTT, OTV, streaming and other digital channels a plus.
Comfortable with analyzing data from different data sources such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ad Manager, and Google Search Console.
Comfortable with, and motivated by performance, awareness and revenue targets associated with paid media from clients
A proven understanding of paid media strategy and the marketing funnel (PPC, SEO, Email, Programmatic Display, Social) and experience with digital marketing best practices.
Proactive, results-driven & detail-oriented - recommends continuous improvements to marketing campaigns by providing ideas, feedback, and results.
A strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.

Compensation

Freelance, remote opportunity.
Hourly rate to be determined based on experience.
