About the Role
We’re looking for a Freelance Brand Partnerships & Content Producer to support our brand partnerships and content teams. This is a cross-functional, creative, and fast-paced role for someone who is comfortable ideating and producing content concepts that can integrate with brands seamlessly. You’ll work across both presale and post-sale stages of brand partnerships — shaping creative ideas for potential sponsors, and then owning execution once deals are signed.

Responsibilities:

Presale (Ideation & Pitch Support):
- Collaborate with the Brand Partnerships team to develop creative concepts for advertisers in the real estate and investing space.
- Ideate branded content opportunities across podcasts, video, and social media that align with both the partner’s goals and the BPRE audience.
- Build decks, write creative summaries, and assist in shaping the content vision for partnership pitches.
Post-Sale (Execution & Production):

Once a deal closes, own campaign execution from start to finish — managing timelines, deliverables, and communication between internal teams and creators.
Produce short-form video content (briefing creators, managing shoots, reviewing edits).
Cast and coordinate creators or hosts for branded campaigns.
Write copy and ad scripts that match the BiggerPockets voice and deliver on partner goals.
Track campaign performance and ensure all assets are delivered accurately and on time.

Requirements

Who You Are

You have experience in brand partnerships, creative production, content marketing, or campaign management — ideally in media, podcasting, or digital creator spaces.
You’re both creative and operational — just as excited to brainstorm campaign ideas as you are to manage timelines and deliverables.
You understand the real estate investing or financial education space (or are eager to learn quickly).
You have experience working with creators, influencers, or on-camera talent.
You’re a strong copywriter with a sharp eye for tone and storytelling.
You’re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
You’re comfortable working independently and managing your own time, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a virtual environment. Our team is distributed across the U.S., so strong communication, organization, and follow-through are essential.

Benefits

Compensation:
This is a freelance/contract position. The expected compensation range is $40–45 per hour, depending on experience, scope, and engagement structure.

As an independent contractor, this role is not eligible for company-sponsored benefits.This range represents BiggerPockets’ good-faith estimate of potential compensation for work that could be performed in Colorado, pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.
