Senior Affiliate & Social Media Manager | Clothing Brand

Bareline | Austin, TX | Full-time

Employment: Full-time, long-term role
Location: Primarily remote, with availability to meet and work in person in the Austin/Leander, TX area when needed.
Pay: $70,000–$80,000 annual base salary, depending on experience, plus a performance bonus if KPIs are met.

Bareline is a fast-growing streetwear apparel brand focused on baggy jeans and high-quality blanks. We’re looking for someone to lead and grow our creator retainer program, build a stronger team and systems, and own social media and content planning around our products and launches.

Working together:

You’ll work directly alongside me, the founder, so finding someone I enjoy working with and who enjoys working with me matters. I want someone who cares about Bareline, brings their own ideas, and takes pride in helping us grow. I’m looking to build a strong working relationship with someone who wants to stay long term and grow with the company, taking on more responsibility as we scale.

We have established SOPs and an outreach process, but our team and systems need improvement. You’ll help hire stronger people, keep everyone accountable, and turn successful content ideas into finished videos. You’ll lead the work with support from our contractors, editors, and agency partners.

What you’ll own:

Build and manage our creator outreach and support team, including hiring, training, setting KPIs, and replacing underperformers when needed. Assign and adjust tasks as priorities change, keeping responsibilities and deadlines clear.
Lead the outreach team toward a set amount of qualified creator outreaches per workday and a set amount of signed contracts per week with high-quality creators who match Bareline’s customers and brand.
Own the creator onboarding process, including outreach, TikTok rate negotiations, moving creators into Instagram group chats, securing signed contracts, drafting product orders, and handing creators over to our ongoing communications team. Ensure deliveries are tracked and every creator receives a confirmed posting start date.
Oversee ongoing creator communication, rates, contracts, deliverables, and payments. Ensure the team tracks posting deadlines, follows up on overdue videos, sends weekly briefs and inspiration, and reviews content against our requirements.
Find ways to grow the number of quality creators we work with and increase creator-driven revenue while keeping costs and performance in check.
Analyze creator videos, organic posts, and ad results to understand which hooks, formats, and ideas drive attention and sales.
Find successful competitor content and turn relevant ideas into original concepts for Bareline.
Write clear briefs for creators and editors, including references, hooks, key product details, and the direction for each video.
Manage video editors, review their work, and give feedback so finished content meets our standards.
Research product and streetwear trends, help plan product drops, coordinate samples with suppliers, and develop campaign concepts, moodboards, and photoshoot plans.
Own our TikTok and Instagram posting schedule and plan content ahead of product drops and promotions.
Plan and create organic content and ad creative that builds excitement around Bareline. Work with our ad and email agencies to keep campaigns, promotions, and product launches aligned.
Work with our ad account manager to supply new videos and variations of winning content for Meta campaigns.
Coordinate website updates for product drops and promotions, ensuring product pages, banners, offers, and launch timing match our social, ad, and email campaigns.
Keep content organized, including usage rights and files, so our team can easily find and use it.
Improve our SOPs and trackers, and share a weekly update covering results, problems, and next steps.

Who we’re looking for:

Someone driven who takes ownership, brings new ideas, and follows through without waiting to be told what to do. We want someone invested in improving the program and growing with Bareline long term.
Proven experience managing creator partnerships and organic social media for an ecommerce or consumer brand, with examples of measurable growth.
Experience hiring or managing contractors, improving processes, and owning campaigns from planning through execution.
Strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
A strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, creator culture, and streetwear content.
Comfortable reviewing performance data and using it to make better decisions.
Able to give clear feedback, hold people accountable, and solve problems independently.
Available for full-time, long-term work and occasional in-person collaboration in Austin/Leander.
Familiarity with Shopify is helpful.

What success looks like:

A reliable team, an organized creator program, and consistent growth in both quality creators and creator-driven revenue. Our TikTok and Instagram content should grow our reach, strengthen the brand, and contribute to sales.

Creators receive clear start dates and briefs, complete their deliverables, and get paid accurately and on time.

Product launches are planned ahead, with content, website updates, ads, and emails ready and aligned.

We learn from what performs and keep improving our systems, while I spend less time chasing updates and managing daily issues.

Schedule & location:

Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday. Primarily remote, with availability to meet and work in person in the Austin TX area when needed.

Some flexibility is needed to coordinate with overseas contractors and support product launches. We’ll agree on a consistent schedule upfront.
