Paid Social Specialist (Contract)

Location: Remote (U.S. Preferred)

Type: Contract / Freelance (~20 hours per month, depending on workload)

At Attention Trading, we help brands earn attention that actually drives business. We’re looking for a Paid Social Specialist who lives and breathes paid media, knows how to optimize campaigns without hand-holding, and enjoys testing, learning, and scaling results across multiple platforms.

This is a contractor role for someone who can own campaign execution while collaborating with our strategy and creative teams.

What You’ll Do:

* Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across:

* LinkedIn Ads

* Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

* TikTok Ads

* Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)

* Manage campaign budgets ranging from hundreds to tens of thousands of dollars per month

* Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion strategies

* Monitor performance daily and make optimization recommendations

* Conduct A/B testing for creative, messaging, audiences, and landing pages

* Track KPIs including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates

* Produce clear client-facing performance reports with actionable insights

* Collaborate with designers and copywriters to improve creative performance

* Stay ahead of platform updates, new features, and emerging best practices

What We’re Looking For:

* 3+ years managing paid media campaigns

* Demonstrated success across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads

* Strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys

* Experience with conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel

* Comfortable analyzing data and making optimization decisions independently

* Excellent communication and organization skills

* Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

* Experience with B2B lead generation

* Experience running campaigns for conferences, events, or SaaS companies
