ABOUT AMR DIGITAL

AMR Digital is a Colorado-based social media marketing agency that has helped businesses across a wide range of industries grow since 2017. We combine strategy and creative expertise to deliver content that drives real results, and our clients tend to stay with us for the long haul. We’re looking for a creative social media content creator with strong copywriting, short-form video, and design skills to join our team. The role is mostly remote, with in-person content shoots in the Denver/Boulder metro area 2-8 times per month.

THE ROLE

You must be an excellent writer and editor, comfortable with graphic design and video editing, and confident using AI tools to work smarter and faster. You will act as a ghostwriter and creator for the accounts you manage, producing long and short-format captions, custom graphics, and short-format video edits. You’ll also collaborate with our team on in-person content shoots by helping with setup, capturing footage, keeping shots organized, and editing content afterward. Your responsibilities will also include influencer campaign management, community management, client communication, and analytics overviews for the accounts you manage.

The role is mostly remote, but you must live in Colorado to attend in-person content shoots in the Denver/Boulder metro area 2-8 times per month.

PATH TO FULL-TIME

You'll start at 20 hours per week, with the goal of moving to a full-time salaried role within 6 months if you'd like. We're a fast-growing team with lots of opportunities for promotions and future leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production: Write captions, design graphics, and edit engaging short-form videos for multiple social media accounts, tailoring content to each client’s brand and platform. Write and edit long-form blog posts.
Video Support: Collaborate with the team at in-person content shoots in and around the Boulder/Denver area, typically 2-8 times per month. This includes helping capture footage on an iPhone, organizing clips, and editing short-format videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube.
Creative & Strategy: Stay current on creative and cultural trends on Instagram and TikTok, and help brainstorm ways to bring them into client work. Help create concept documents for client review.
Influencer Management: Set the influencer strategy for client campaigns, find and vet the right creators, and manage the process from outreach through completed deliverables.
AI-Assisted Workflow: Use AI as a creative co-collaborator to brainstorm ideas, research topics, and pressure-test concepts. Use it to edit videos more efficiently, analyze account performance, spot trends in the data, and speed up repetitive tasks, while making sure every final piece is accurate, on-brand, and sounds human.
Community Management & Analytics: Handle community management across multiple platforms, including answering comments and DMs and making sure every message is read and responded to. Track and analyze monthly analytics for each account.
Client Management: Maintain strong client relationships through timely email communication and participation in client meetings.

Requirements

Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience creating content (writing, graphics, and video) for a brand or business preferred.
Location: Must live in Colorado and be available for in-person content shoots in the Denver/Boulder metro area (must provide own transportation).
Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Skills

Copywriting: Excellent writing and grammar skills that adapt to a variety of businesses, tones, and styles.
Design: Comfortable creating new designs and modifying existing templates in Canva within a brand’s look and feel. Trained in basic design principles.
Video: Comfortable filming on an iPhone and editing short-form video. Familiarity with CapCut, Edits, Splice, Canva, or InShot is preferred.
Influencer Marketing: Knows the creator landscape, can tell a good brand fit from a big follower count, and is comfortable with outreach, negotiation, and keeping many partnerships organized at once. Prior influencer campaign experience is a plus.
AI Proficiency: Confident using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, CapCut, or Canva’s AI features in your day-to-day work. You treat AI as a co-collaborator, use it to speed up video editing, know how to write a good prompt, and can tell when its output needs a human touch. You can share real examples of how you’ve used AI to improve your work or analyze performance.
Social Media Marketing: Up to date on the newest platforms, features, and content trends.
Time Management: As a remote team, we rely on you to work within our deadline structure and manage multiple deliverables each day.
Attention to Detail: We create high-level content for our clients, so it has to be accurate, on-brand, and aligned with their business goals.
Soft Skills: Fast learner, strong communicator, self-motivated, organized, and open to feedback.
